We describe a rare case of late postoperative pericardial effusion (PE) following correction of tetralogy of Fallot. Such effusion developed 6 months after surgery. The echocardiographic study revealed a large amount of pericardial fluid, which was confirmed by a computed tomography scan. Both the pericardial fluid and the fluid around the lungs were rapidly absorbed during the follow-up period of 6 months. The reason why such fluid cannot be absorbed earlier is unknown. It is thought that the high cardiac output (about 4,500 ml/min) and the high transudate fluid volume are responsible for the effusion.The present invention relates to an electro-optical device using a liquid crystal and, more particularly, to a structure of a matrix-type liquid crystal device.

I have a LG LK7WQ800 32bit DVD ROM, but unfortunately, the iso file of LG Smart Recovery Center is not compatible with this model, So I’m trying to burn it to a CD, but I was stuck with some problems.
I’m using Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
My main aim is to get a LG Smart Recovery Center 32bit ISO image to my LG LK7WQ800 32bit DVD ROM.
Please I need a guide to follow to successfully burn the LG Smart Recovery Center ISO image to my LG LK7WQ800 32bit DVD ROM, because I need to learn and have a precise guide to burn an ISO image.
(I already tried this way and I was stuck with some problems).
What is the best way to burn this iso file?

Based on a quick scan of the image I don’t see any of the usual suspects, like Apple Disk Utility, that you’d usually find on a Windows install disc. However, there are a couple of free tools that you might want to look at.
You can use ImgBurn to create a bootable disc. Once you have it mounted, navigate to the location of the iso. You can do this by finding the file in explorer, or by simply right-clicking on the iso file and selecting “Open Location”. ImgBurn should now see the file in a directory, such as “My\Downloads”.
Navigate to the same location and copy the file to a different folder, such as “My\Backup”. Then, in the context menu for the iso image in ImgBurn, choose “Create Image”. That will put the.iso in the image you want to burn.
You can also use the free tool ISOBurnerXP to create a bootable disc. It doesn’t look like this will help you with a 32-bit version of a DVD, but it might do what you need.
